Terms And Condition

HIGH & PEAK SEASON SURCHARGE
High season : 1st July – 31st August at US$ 20++ per room per night
Peak season : 21st December – 5th January at US$ 30++ per room per night

RESERVATION
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation basis.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-in : 14:00 PM
Check-out : 12:00 NOON
Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 PM is an additional charge at 50% of the nightly rate and subject to availability.

TERM OF PAYMENT
Each booking should be guaranteed with one night deposit when making booking confirmation, while the Balance Payment should be settled upon arrival

All bank transfer/administration fee is on guest’s own Bank Account. All rates are converted in Rupiah rate(IDR) based on the exchange rates at time of the transaction (Bank Indonesia Rates)
Credit Cards
If the booking is guaranteed with credit card , the card must be on guest’s own validity credit card (preferable Master or Visa) and it should be followed with the copies of card (front and back sides) , credit card’s holder’s validity passport and the signed credit card authorization . The guest should officially give authorization to the Hotel to charge the credit card for one night as deposit on the day of booking, while the balance payment should be settled upon arrival . It is only required to secure and guarantee the booking definitely. Once transaction has been processed, it is NON-REFUNDABLE

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

• If cancelled or modified booking, it will be charged 100% of the first night.
• In case of no-show occurred, it will be charged at 100% of total booking.
• Early Departure is not granted
